Like in FM radio you can directly in touch with operator and listen music or anything as per your desire. Can TV station be able to operate in similar way. Small TV stations can able to cater needs of millions of individual needs. I am in office I need some technical assistance in terms of design of some important parts. The I can take help from TV operator to find out all details and mail me on cost basis.

In the US we use the phone and internet to get the DJ to play songs. If your talking about two way communication like walki-talkies or citizen band (CB) radio, the transmitter costs (power and parts) could be prohibitive to the customer.
