Can some radios be better than others for FM reception? Or does only the antenna matter?

I would like to get an FM radio that offers the best in FM reception.
Will some radios do this better than others? Or are the only factors in reception quality the distance from the station, interference, and antenna?

Most quality FM receivers have about the same sensitivity. You need good sensitivity, but too much will only increase the noise. A good antenna can make a big difference, especially for the stations that are farther away.
